Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid medical license in the relevant state or jurisdiction
• Proven clinical skills in obstetric and gynecological care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practices

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Participation in research or scholarly activities in OB-GYN

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice post-residency
• Prior experience working in hospital or outpatient settings

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
• Up-to-date certifications in BLS and ACLS
• Willingness to travel for required rotations or professional development when applicable
