Emergency Medicine - Locum Opportunity at St. Joseph Hospital and Redwood

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, ensuring timely and reliable compensation. Required Skills:
- Active California medical license
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within the past 5 years
- Certified by ABEM or ABEOM (not ABIM or ABFM)
- Ability to work night shifts (6a-2p, 8a-4p, 1p-11p)
- Experience managing approximately 110 emergency patients per 24 hours
- Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine, including rapid assessment and decision-making
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in high-volume emergency departments
- Additional certifications in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS)
- Bilingual proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- At least 2 years of recent clinical activity in emergency medicine
- Extensive experience with hospital privileges and case logs for surgical or specialized procedures
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work exclusively night shifts
- Verified CV with hospital affiliations
- Completion of privileging documentation as per hospital requirements
- Adherence to all travel and reimbursement policies outlined
