Sinai Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary team at the SCI Clinic in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, mission-driven physician who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting.

Position Summary

The Family Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population at the SCI Clinic. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both acute and chronic conditions, coordinating care with specialists, and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum family medicine care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care
  • Manage care for adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including specialists, nursing, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Support the mission and values of Sinai Medical Group and the SCI Clinic

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active (or eligible for) Illinois medical license
  • DEA certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing equitable, high-quality care to underserved or diverse populations
  • New graduates and experienced physicians are both encouraged to apply
