• 100% Outpatient
• Join a team of 12 Clinicians: 5 Physician's and 7 APPs
• Office Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am-5:00pm 
• Provider Schedule: 4.5 Day Work Week! 
• Minimal Call (Phone Only): Rotated amongst clinicians ~5 weeks/year
• EPIC EMR
