Job Description
- CARDIOLOGY NON-INVASIVE: BANNER UNIVERSITY MEDICAL GROUP | UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA-PHOENIX
- The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine seeks candidates for a full-time position in the non-tenure Clinical Scholar track. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow in a well-integrated non-invasive cardiovascular program that is high volume and high quality.
- Qualification and Essential Functions;
- Applicants must have an M.D or D.O. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care
- Echo and TEE preferred and interest in doing part of their non-invasive practice in an ambulatory surgery center dedicated to cardiovascular care
- Applicants must be Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine.
- Scholarship is required in the Clinical Scholar track; candidates will be required to be engaged in clinical research.
- Mentoring and teaching of medical students, house staff and cardiology fellows
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with a large multidisciplinary program.
