Banner Children s Specialists (BCS), a growing multispecialty group within Banner Health, is seeking a Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team on the campus of Banner Children s at Desert Medical Center in vibrant Mesa, Arizona.

We re expanding our dedicated Pediatric ENT team, currently composed of one experienced Pediatric Otolaryngologist and a seasoned PA, with the goal of creating a three-physician group. The ENT clinic is steps away from the hospital and pediatric specialty services, allowing for seamless collaboration and continuity of care.

This is more than just a general ENT position use your focus to build your specialty in areas like:

• Aerodigestive disorders
• Cleft and craniofacial conditions
• Pediatric sleep surgery
• Thyroid and vascular anomalies

We welcome those with unique clinical interests who are eager to shape and expand service lines within a highly supportive system.

What You ll Need:

• Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology
• ABMS board certification/eligibility
• A passion for multidisciplinary care and pediatric excellence
• Interest in clinical program development or leadership (optional)
