Required Skills

• Current and unrestricted medical license in applicable state
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology or equivalent
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in hematologic and oncologic conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with clinical research and trials in hematology/oncology
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Experience in teaching or supervising medical residents or students

Preferred Education and Experience

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hematology and oncology practice
• Fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology is highly desirable

• Availability to work according to designated shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
