Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain clinical privileges

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary based on rank and years of service
  • Estimated range: $277,000 – $323,000+
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • $400,000 (4-year commitment)
  • $225,000 (3-year commitment)

• Commissioned officer role with the U.S. Navy Medical Corps—it’s not a civilian hospital position. Physicians would join as officers and practice within the military healthcare system
