The U.S. Navy Medical Corps is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to provide comprehensive, full-spectrum care to active duty service members, their families, and retirees. Physicians from civilian backgrounds are encouraged to apply—no prior military experience is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain clinical privileges
• Recent experience in outpatient and/or inpatient Family Medicine practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary based on rank and years of service
  • Estimated range: $277,000 – $305,000+
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • $400,000 (4-year commitment)
  • $225,000 (3-year commitment)
