Overview

Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Dermatologist in the Greater Austin, TX area to help launch and grow a new dermatology service line within a mission-driven, well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This is a bread-and-butter general dermatology position offering a highly desirable outpatient-only, weekday schedule with no call and no weekends.

?Practice Highlights

• 100% Outpatient Dermatology
• Monday – Friday schedule
• No call, no weekends
• Up to 24 patients per day (20-minute visit slots)
• 3 exam rooms per provider + private office
• Focus on medical/general dermatology (rashes, chronic skin conditions)
• Basic in-office procedures (biopsies, etc.)
• Procedures scheduled separately (not same-day)
• Fully supported environment:
  • Dedicated RN, MA, front desk, and clinic operations staff
• EMR: Athena
• Opportunity to help build a dermatology program from the ground up

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $381,000 – $474,000 (based on experience)
  • Guaranteed for 12–18 months
• Production incentive model available
• Sign-on bonus (details discussed during interview)

Preferred Qualifications

• BE/BC in Dermatology
• Open to experienced physicians and select new graduates
• 2–3 years of experience preferred
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Visa support considered (J-1 / H-1B)
