Emergency Medicine Assistant Medical Director in Norwalk, OH

Further your career in emergency medicine and leadership with TeamHealth! We are seeking an experienced emergency medicine physician to serve as assistant medical director at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.  This is a unique opportunity to help lead a collaborative emergency department team while continuing clinical practice.

This independent contractor position offers a strong hourly rate and a separate administrative stipend for assistant medical director responsibilities.  Current ABEM/AOBEM certification or eligibility is preferred for this role.

• Annual ED Volume: 28,000
• ED beds: 18
• Acuity: Medium, 20% admission rate
• Coverage: 24 hours, plus 24 hours of APC coverage
• Shifts: 12 hours
• Employee: Independent Contractor (1099)
• EMR: Cerner/Oracle Health
