- BC required
- Call, 24-hour shifts
- 24 hour call coverage with 8 hours of rounding
- Average number of 9 ICU patients per day per provider
- Bronchoscopy, central lines, intubation
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
