Join Our Team as a Gastroenterology Physician and Make a Difference in Patient Care

Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Gastroenterology
- Valid medical license and DEA registration
- Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in gastroenterology
- Proficiency in performing colonoscopies and EGDs
- Strong understanding of inpatient care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with Epic EMR system
- Additional certifications in advanced endoscopic procedures
- Previous exposure to hospital-based practice environments
- Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a fellowship in Gastroenterology
- At least 2 years of post-fellowship clinical practice in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts on a 2-week on, 2-week off basis (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm)
- Ability to manage an inpatient caseload with 10-11 patients daily
- Compliance with all credentialing and licensing requirements, expected within 90 days
- Ability to work with Epic EMR system and adhere to hospital protocols
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
