As a vital member of our team, you will handle OB triage, deliveries, inpatient care, and urgent GYN consultations, supporting high-risk pregnancies with in-house neonatology and maternal-fetal medicine specialists. Required Skills:

• MD or DO medical degree with valid licensure and board certification in Family Medicine or OB/GYN
• At least 2 years of inpatient obstetric care experience
• Proficiency in labor management, fetal monitoring, cesarean sections, and GYN emergencies
• Excellent clinical judgment with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with neonatologists, anesthesiologists, and specialty teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in Level III NICU environments
• Prior coverage in hospitalist or locum tenens settings
• Additional certifications such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) or advanced life support courses
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• A minimum of 2 years of hospital-based obstetric practice, with experience in high-volume settings preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 24-hour in-house shifts
• Active medical license in Texas or eligible for licensure
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to cover shifts on short notice and work flexible hours
