Family Medicine Physician - Sherburne Family Practice

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Conduct routine wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high?quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings
• Promote preventive care and patient education

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient?centered care

Compensation & Benefits
