Seeking a dedicated and skilled OB/GYN physician to provide vital on-call coverage at Bon Secours Mercy Health - Tiffin Hospital. Required Skills:

• Valid Ohio medical license and DEA certification
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice
• Ability to independently perform C-sections and OB/GYN surgeries
• Strong knowledge of electronic medical records, specifically EPIC
• Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in hospital-based OB/GYN practice
• Familiarity with emergency OB procedures
• Bilingual capabilities or additional language proficiency
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum of 2 years of OB/GYN practice experience, particularly in hospital settings

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to provide on-call coverage during specified dates (May 6 - May 11)
• Ability to complete the credentialing process within 60-90 days
• Travel and lodging reimbursements available, with lodging at approximately $150 per night
