Radiation Oncology, Physician- PRN

 About this role:

As a Radiation Oncology Physician-PRN you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will practice as a general radiation oncologist, providing care across all disease sites. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, determining appropriate radiation doses, overseeing the full course of therapy, and managing treatment?related side effects and treatment machines.

You will also provide coverage across three practice locations—St. Joseph Hospital, Good Samaritan, and Lutheran Hospital—on an as?needed basis.

• Our PRN rate is $318.00 hour onsite and $540.00/24 hour call shift
• Your hours will vary
• A potential for call coverage
• Good Samaritan Saint Joseph, and Lutheran Hospital use Varian hardware and software for treatment planning and delivery.  Each site has a fully outfitted TrueBeam with SD MLC and an Edge with HD MLC.

What you’ll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine. 
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Residency or Fellowship trained in Radiation Oncology. 
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline. 
• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one. 
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process. 
• Radiation Oncology experience. 
• Passion for Radiation Oncology.
