Are you a dedicated OB-GYN looking to provide exceptional outpatient care in a thriving clinic? We are seeking two passionate and experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology providers to join our outpatient team in Richland. This is your opportunity to deliver comprehensive women’s health services, including general OB and GYN care and minor procedures, in a supportive and patient-focused environment. Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with active state medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in outpatient OB-GYN care and minor procedures
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and EMR systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a rural or community health setting
• Prior credentialing experience
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of current OB-GYN best practices and procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of obstetrics and gynecology residency program
• Prior outpatient practice experience preferred
• At least 2 years of clinical experience as an OB-GYN provider

Other Requirements:

• Ability to complete credentialing process, which may take up to 90 days
• No hospital privileges required, but credentialing is necessary
• Willingness to work scheduled hours with some administrative time included
• OT after 40 hours per week will be compensated
• Commitment to maintaining licensure, certification, and adhering to all regulatory requirements
