Job Description

Providence Division of Medical Specialties in Oregon is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Infectious Disease physician to join its established practice in Portland, Oregon. This role offers a full array of general infectious disease care, including inpatient and outpatient services, and a robust travel clinic. The position is based at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, a quaternary medical center with a thriving cardiac transplant program, robust hospitalist service, collaborative specialty services, and a large primary care network. Join a nationally recognized team of infectious disease experts who practice in a perennial nursing magnet and Top 50 hospital, while enjoying the healthy work-life balance that only Oregon can provide.

  • Full-time position
  • Weekdays and weekend call coverage
  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient duties
  • 13 physicians in the combined practice between the east & west locations
  • Call is 1:6
  • Competitive compensation package including guaranteed base salary, quality incentive, and relocation assistance
