Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
• Proven experience in hematology and oncology patient management
• Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically ONCO EMR
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in an outpatient/office-based oncology setting
• Familiarity with tumor boards or research activities
• Experience with genetic counseling or multidisciplinary care coordination
• Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in hematology and oncology
• Prior participation in tumor registry or clinical research initiatives

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on 04/17/2026
• Willingness to work 2 consecutive weeks per month, primarily weekdays with occasional call
• Willingness to perform call via phone, approximately 1:2 ratio with minimal volume
• Commitment to participation in educational activities such as weekly tumor boards
• Ability to work in a shared office environment with a multidisciplinary team

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly direct deposit payments.
