Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
- Proven experience in hematology and oncology patient management
- Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically ONCO EMR
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in an outpatient/office-based oncology setting
- Familiarity with tumor boards or research activities
- Experience with genetic counseling or multidisciplinary care coordination
- Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in hematology and oncology
- Prior participation in tumor registry or clinical research initiatives
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on 04/17/2026
- Willingness to work 2 consecutive weeks per month, primarily weekdays with occasional call
- Willingness to perform call via phone, approximately 1:2 ratio with minimal volume
- Commitment to participation in educational activities such as weekly tumor boards
- Ability to work in a shared office environment with a multidisciplinary team
