Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a PRN/Locums/Part-Time Radiation Oncologist to support our established, comprehensive Cancer Care Center in Findlay, NW Ohio—part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

Position Highlights

  • $3,200/day ($400/hour)
  • Approximately 6 weeks per year coverage, with option for 1–2 days per week
  • 100% outpatient practice (~20–30 patients per day)
  • Minimal call (office-only)

Practice Details

  • Established, single-site cancer program with consistent coverage needs
  • EMR: ARIA & Eclipse (radiation oncology); Cerner (cancer center & hospital)
  • Advanced technology and equipment, including:
    • 2 TrueBeam linear accelerators with HyperArc (beam-matched)
    • Siemens CT Simulator (installed 2024)
    • Sun Nuclear and Radformation suite for dosimetry and physics
  • Strong, on-site support from therapy, physics, and dosimetry teams
  • Physician-led culture with a high degree of autonomy

  • Convenient access to Toledo, Columbus, Cleveland, and Detroit
