Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist

Position Highlights
- Established Program: Join a leading Illinois cardiology group with a strong, well-established advanced heart failure program
- Advanced Clinical Exposure: Work with LVADs, transplants, and complex heart failure cases alongside experienced colleagues and fellows
- Balanced Schedule: Shared call rotation with minimal call (approximately 8 weekends per year)

Qualifications
- Education: MD/DO required
- Training: Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology required
- Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology
