About this role:
As a General Surgeon at Bear River Clinic and Bear River Valley Hospital, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you’ll join a community?focused general surgery practice serving a high?need rural population, offering autonomy, procedural variety, and long?term stability through a full?scope general surgery practice with a strong endoscopy component. This is a solo General Surgeon position with the opportunity to collaborate with a larger regional group, as well as the chance to build and grow a robotics program with a surgical robot expected to arrive by the end of the year.

Life in Tremonton, Utah
Tremonton is a beautiful, rural community of about 8,200 people located in northern Utah. The area abounds with outdoor recreational possibilities. Golfing, hiking, camping, water skiing, snow skiing, and fishing make up only a handful of the prospects awaiting the outdoor enthusiast. The North Box Elder County Museum houses many interesting pioneer artifacts for those interested in the history of the area. Tremonton is just a short drive from the university communities of Logan and Ogden where many cultural and college sporting events are held. Bear River Valley Hospital, located in Tremonton, was rebuilt and opened in 2009. It is a modern, Level IV Trauma Center with 16 beds, staffed by 46 medical personnel and other employees.
