- Ongoing coverage with call ratio 1:3
- 10 - 15 patients per shift
- Inpatient only setting
- Beeper call with 20 minute response time
- Fellowship required
- ACLS and BLS required
- 1 - 8 admissions per 24 hours
- Phone consults 1 - 8 per 24 hours
