Required Skills:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine and Cardiology
• Valid state medical license and appropriate certifications
• Proven expertise in managing cardiology cases within an internal medicine setting
• Excellent clinical acumen with strong diagnostic and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced cardiovascular imaging techniques
• Skilled in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Prior experience in outpatient and inpatient cardiology consults
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or BLS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cardiology practice
• Prior locum or temporary assignment experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start by April 18, 2026
• Ability to perform overnight shifts; flexibility preferred
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
• Must adhere to all healthcare regulations and organizational policies
