Required Skills:

• Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology
• PA State License (preferred for quicker onboarding)
• Valid DEA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of Urological practice experience
• Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Record system
• Strong surgical skills including cystoscopy, vasectomy, ureteroscopy, penile procedures, lithotripsy, circumcisions, and supportive OB procedures
• Ability to supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to diverse clinical scenarios

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with robotic surgery
• Prior exposure to operating room procedures in a hospital setting
• Knowledge of Scope procedures and OR management
• Bilingual capabilities or additional language skills
• Experience with emergency care and pediatric urological procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) with active Urology specialty certification
• At least one year of post-training clinical experience in Urology practice, preferably in hospital or surgical settings
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR and robotic surgery systems

Other Requirements:

• Possession of valid PA medical license (preferred)
• DEA license required
• Credentialing process completion within approximately 90 days; temporary licensing options available with a clean file
• Availability for 5-day, day shift schedule (08:00 - 17:00)
• Willingness to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)
• Compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• Ability to support emergency procedures and occasional pediatric cases when needed

Hourly Pay Rate: $443.43
