NEONATOLOGIST - LEVEL III NICU

Practice in a full-service Southeast regional referral center

Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance: 
  • 18 weeks of service scheduled in 1–2 week blocks with flexibility based on desires of the provider
  • Overnight call from home with APP frontline support
• Desirable Practice Setting:
  • Full-service Level III 34 bed NICU with full respiratory support capability
  • 24/7 NICU coverage model with in-house APPs and physician backup
  • One of 14 NICHD funded practice groups in the country
• Academic Affiliation:
  • Employed by University of Mississippi with faculty appointment
  • Occasional teaching of medical students, NP/PA students, and nursing learners
  • Virtual access to case conferences and educational resources

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $270K+ annual compensation
• Moonlighting Available: Add $29K with moonlighting opportunities
