WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gynecologic Physician with an interest or experience in Fertility Education and Medical Management (FEMM) to join our women’s health team. This role emphasizes comprehensive gynecologic care with an integrated approach to reproductive health, fertility awareness, hormone-related conditions, and root-cause medical management. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and passionate about empowering women through education, evidence-based medicine, and personalized care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Provide comprehensive gynecologic and reproductive healthcare across the lifespan
Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions using evidence-based, patient-centered approaches
Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate
Deliver FEMM-based Fertility Education and Medical Management, including:
Teaching fertility awareness–based methods in collaboration with certified FEMM educators
Evaluating and managing menstrual cycle disorders, hormonal imbalances, infertility, and reproductive health concerns
Utilizing cycle charting and biomarkers to guide diagnosis and treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including FEMM educators, primary care, and specialty providers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
Educate patients on reproductive health, fertility, and shared decision-making options
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental education
Adhere to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
