Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Gastroenterology
• Valid State Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
• Proficiency in ERCP and EUS procedures
• DEA certification
• Strong clinical skills in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably EPIC

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications or subspecialty training
• Prior experience working in hospital environments
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and protocols for invasive procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years experience in gastroenterology, with specific focus on ERCP and EUS procedures
• Prior experience in inpatient settings is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to obtain state licensure; IMLC accepted
• Completion of all mandatory vaccines
• Ability to travel as needed for assignments
• Successful passing of privileging process within 60-90 days
