Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:
- Active NBCRNA certification as a CRNA
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a large medical center, Level 1 trauma experience preferred
- Proficiency in intubation, central line placement, arterial line management, and line placement
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent critical thinking, technical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience with EPIC EMR system is preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in neuro, trauma, vascular, and orthopedic surgeries
- Ability to support staff across multiple specialties
- Prior exposure to NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia) procedures
- Certification in additional areas such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with current licensure in Kentucky (willing to license)
- At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in a high-acuity hospital setting, ideally in trauma or similar environments
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work full-time, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Willingness to work NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia) as needed
- Credentialing process duration of approximately 90 days
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary state licensure in Kentucky
- Must be willing to work holidays at 1.5x pay rate
