Join a busy established Cardiology practice in Paducah, Kentucky supporting outpatient and inpatient general cardiology. Group is comprised of 9 physicians (Non-Invasive, Interventional and EP) and 10 APCs.
Seeking a patient-centered Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our established and growing cardiovascular program, supporting both outpatient and inpatient general cardiology services. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, patient-focused Non-Invasive Cardiologist who is clinically strong, dependable, and aligned with a team-based approach to care. They demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, efficiency in managing both outpatient and inpatient volumes, and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care. This individual communicates effectively with patients, providers, and staff, builds strong referral relationships, and contributes positively to team culture. They are adaptable, engaged, and motivated to help grow the practice, while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience, access, and continuity of care. A willingness to participate in program development, support system initiatives, and integrate seamlessly into a high-functioning cardiovascular team is essential.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in a full range of non-invasive cardiology procedures, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, nuclear and/or stress echocardiography, and ambulatory cardiac monitoring (Holter and event monitors). Strong competency in diagnosing and managing complex cardiovascular conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings is essential. Experience or interest in advanced cardiac imaging, such as cardiac CT or MRI, is preferred but not required. The candidate should also be comfortable collaborating across subspecialties, contributing to multidisciplinary care, and supporting efficient patient throughput and access within a high-volume cardiovascular program.
In addition, the practice has established specialized programs such as a Heart Failure Clinic managing complex conditions like amyloidosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and pulmonary hypertension. Supporting services—including advanced cardiac imaging and mapping, cardiac rehabilitation, and ECMO—further reflect the program’s progression into a high-acuity, full-service cardiovascular center capable of delivering comprehensive care across the continuum.
