4-day work week (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), no traditional call responsibilities, manageable patient volume of 16–20 patients per day

Bread-and-butter Family Medicine with full-spectrum care, supported by dedicated MA/LPN, triage nurse, referral coordinator, and care management team

No traditional call; limited Saturday walk-in coverage shared

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary $310,000–$325,000 depending on ability to perform hospitalist rounding

Additional earning opportunity: $500 daily stipend for each 24-hour hospitalist shift/on-call coverage

$15,000 retention bonus paid after Year 1 (forgiven after 12 months)
