Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Board Certified as a CRNA
• Active PA license
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Proficiency in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, US techniques
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
• Ability to work model: Medically Directed 1:3 (max 1:4)
• Willingness to work night shifts (Friday-Sunday, 7 PM–7 AM)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with complex cases such as Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, Peds, Robotics, and more
• Prior experience in high-volume surgical settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• At least 2 years of relevant anesthesia practice preferred

Other Requirements:

• Valid PA license
• Willingness to complete credentialing within 90 days (expedited possible with leadership approval)
• No DEA registration required
• Travel reimbursements and licensure costs covered when applicable

Compensation for this role is highly competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $229.11.
