Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Board Certified as a CRNA
- Active PA license
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, US techniques
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
- Ability to work model: Medically Directed 1:3 (max 1:4)
- Willingness to work night shifts (Friday-Sunday, 7 PM–7 AM)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with complex cases such as Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, Peds, Robotics, and more
- Prior experience in high-volume surgical settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- At least 2 years of relevant anesthesia practice preferred
Other Requirements:
- Valid PA license
- Willingness to complete credentialing within 90 days (expedited possible with leadership approval)
- No DEA registration required
- Travel reimbursements and licensure costs covered when applicable
Compensation for this role is highly competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $229.11.
