This is an excellent opportunity for Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians seeking a 100% outpatient role, flexible scheduling, and strong support within a collaborative network. Whether you're an experienced physician or a 2027–2028 graduate, you’ll find long-term stability and growth in a highly respected system.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling, including option for a 4-day work week
• 36 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours (1.0 FTE)
• Practice supported by EPIC EMR
• Access to full network of specialists across all locations

• Milwaukee/Racine Area: Waukesha, Franklin, Wauwatosa, Sussex, Greenfield, and more
• Fox Valley/Oshkosh Area: Koeller St, 9th Ave, Calumet, Richmond St, Winneconne Clinic
• Open to teaching opportunities (optional)
• Growth and replacement positions within an expanding system
• Open to new graduates (2027–2028 considered)

• MD or DO 
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
