About this role:??
As an OB/GYN physician with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.??
You will join a newly forming obstetrics & gynecology practice in Billings, Montana, employed by the Intermountain Medical Group.
As an OB/GYN generalist, your schedule will include a mix of clinic, surgical and inpatient responsibilities.
Call expectation will be an average of 6 12-hour shifts per month (ie. 1:10).
Call is taken restricted where you’ll serve as an OB/GYN Hospitalist. Primarily spending your time in Labor & Delivery, you will also provide care in the ED supporting patients that have obstetric or gynecology needs while on service.

MFM clinic onsite?and available?24/7?for?telehealth consult.?
You’ll become part of our women’s health network, connecting you to other women’s health providers across the Mountain West and locally to certified nurse midwives, gynecologic oncologists, urogynecologists, and allied health providers like pelvic floor physical therapists.
St Vincent is a large regional referral center that welcomes an average of 1,800 deliveries annually. With a level III NICU, we provide care to patients at all levels of acuity & lengths of gestation.?We are a designated Baby-Friendly?Hospital, ranking in the top 3% of hospitals for Obstetrics and top 1% for Women's Services by Women’s?Choice Awards Best Hospitals 2025. Our surgical center is home to 3 Da Vinci Robots (XI & DV5). We are excited to be relocating to a newly built facility in 2029.
How we'll support you:
You’ll be paid a guaranteed annual salary of $369,000.00, with opportunity for additional pay for productivity.
You will receive a starting bonus of $25,000.00, and relocation assistance up to $20,000.00.
Eligible for up to $100,000.00 in student loan assistance. ?

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine??
ACGME accredited residency training in OBGYN??
Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN??
Active, unobstructed Montana?medical license, or the ability to obtain one??
Federal DEA Registration?
BLS certification?
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process??
