• Predictable Volume: Consistent clinic flow (~32 patients per day) with efficient workflows
• Call Requirement: 10 days per month with 30-minute response time

Compensation & Benefits

• Income Guarantee: Earn no less than $650,000 in year one

Qualifications

• Visa Support: H1-B visa sponsorship available
• Education: MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
• Licensure: Eligible for New Mexico state medical licensure
