OSF Multi-Specialty Group seeks full-time Primary Care Physician who will practice in primary care Health Professional Shortage Areas and federally designated rural areas, in Streator, Illinois, providing professional Primary Care services to patients. Duties: Adjusts patient care planning and delivery according to job-specific criteria based on patient-specific needs. Maintains the consistency and high quality of all services provided to patients. Recognizes the importance of service and patient experience and promotes empathy and service excellence. Recognizes and utilizes the knowledge and expertise of colleagues to deliver multidisciplinary approach to care. Maintains full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by Physician or other support staff. Demonstrates positive working relationships and demonstrates collaborative team-oriented behaviors with other departments, and other members of the medical staff. Performs necessary procedures as approved by the Medical Staff Privilege list. Provides on-call availability to patients, if applicable. Provides services via telehealth to patients of OSF Entities. Provides services to free clinics upon mutual agreement with Ministry CEO. Assists in the direction and supervision of the daily operation, which may include supervising others and advising the Ministry CEO concerning the recruitment, selection, retention, scheduling, and termination of non-physician personnel providing professional, technical, and clerical services. Exercises diligence in assisting Leadership in keeping facility costs to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients. Understands and demonstrates OSF values and mission.

Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $290,000-$315,000
Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
Requirements: M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent degree. Completed residency in Internal Medicine required. Illinois License to practice medicine is required. Board eligibility in Internal Medicine is required. Federal Drug Enforcement Agency License and State of Illinois License for prescribing of controlled substances are required.
