Required Skills:

• Proven experience in radiology with the ability to perform high-quality readings, preferably with a workflow of around 110 reads per day.
• Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret images accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with medical staff and patients.
• Must be comfortable working on-site; this position is NOT remote.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in trauma centers, especially Level 1 or Level 4 trauma facilities.
• Certification in Radiologic Technology (such as ARRT).
• Familiarity with digital imaging software and PACS systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Radiologic Technologist certification or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology, preferably in trauma or emergency settings.

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.
• On-site presence is mandatory; remote work is not permitted.
• Willingness to work at facilities in Duluth (Level 1 Trauma Center) and Virginia (Level 4 Trauma Center).
• Current licensure and certifications required.
• Willing to travel or receive reimbursements when applicable.
