Required Skills:

• Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Nebraska
• Proven experience in providing anesthesia in outpatient surgery settings
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols and patient safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage patient care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a surgery center environment
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Basic familiarity with hospital electronic health records systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA
• Prior locum or outpatient surgery center experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Credentialing with healthcare facilities (timeframe: 60-90 days)
• Ability to work scheduled shifts from June through September 2026, with specific dates including evenings and early mornings
• Must be willing to travel locally; preferred lodging at Fairfield Inn, Grand Island
• Valid malpractice, certification, and licensing in Nebraska
• No travel outside local or preferred accommodations required, but flexibility is a plus
