Position Overview                                                                                               

The Department of Community Health and Family Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville seeks a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician, MD/DO, to join us. The position is for Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor level on a clinical non-tenure accruing track at our outpatient care office - UF Health Family Medicine.

This position is up to fulltime and will report to the medical director and chair of the department at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville.  Base salary is based on experience and guaranteed with significant additional productivity incentives and benefits

Position Highlights:

  • BC/BE (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Clinic Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexible schedule options (once panel is full)
  • Approximately 18-20 patient visits per day (Flexible age ranges)
  • Solo physician along with 2 nurse practitioners
  • Medical Director role eventually available.
