Compensation & Benefits:

• Best Compensation: $375K with Salary Guarantee + Bonus | $450K+ Annual Compensation
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 with $20,000 Relocation

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  BC or BE in Family Medicine
• Licensure: Licensed or ability to obtain state licensure
• Skillset: Family Practice
• Experience:  Open to new grads and experienced physicians
