Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice in the state
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a diverse patient population
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in outpatient primary care settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse communities
• Experience in patient education and preventative care strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in family medicine or primary care

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, with a one-hour lunch break
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
