Position Overview

• Patient Volume: 55,000

• Coverage Model: 45-50hrs of physician coverage and 27+hrs of NP/PA coverage (adjusted monthly for volume flux)

• Acuity: Medium

CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center – Longview is the flagship hospital for the region and serves as a comprehensive tertiary-care hub for East Texas. It is part of the CHRISTUS Health system and offers a broad range of services, including 24/7 emergency care, heart and vascular services, a certified primary stroke center, advanced surgical services, women’s and children’s care, and various medical and surgical subspecialties.
