Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Family Medicine Physician or Med/Peds-trained provider to serve patients across all age groups. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional primary care services in a collaborative setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Once fully credentialed and trained in Epic, you'll seamlessly integrate into our workflow to deliver outstanding healthcare. Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and appropriate board certification in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Ability to assess and treat patients of all ages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), specifically Epic, upon completion of training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a primary care or outpatient setting
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with healthcare protocols and compliance standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in a primary care setting
• Completion of residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics

Other Requirements:

• Successful completion of credentialing process (approximately 21 days post-application)
• Epic EHR training (scheduled after credentialing)
• Willingness to adhere to all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding licensure, certification, and occupational requirements
• Flexibility to accommodate travel or reimbursement as applicable
