Required Skills:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and eligibility for medical licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
• Proven experience in outpatient oncology and hematology care
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage new consultations and follow-up visits efficiently
• Knowledge of current treatment protocols and best practices in hematology and oncology

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Prior experience in outpatient clinic settings
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary cancer care teams
• Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of relevant fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology
• At least 2 years of outpatient oncology experience

Other Requirements:

• Commitment to patient-centered care and excellence in clinical practice
• Valid medical license and board certification in relevant specialties
• Ability to work on-site 3-4 days per week, two weeks per month
• No inpatient responsibilities, no call duties, and no APC supervision required
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• Travel and certification reimbursements provided when applicable
