Required Skills

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Arizona medical license
• Valid DEA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of urology practice experience
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Cerner preferred)
• Ability to manage adult patient populations effectively
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a 24-hour on-call setting with beeper responsibilities

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working in a hospital-based practice
• Familiarity with emergency urological procedures
• Additional certifications in urological specialties
• Strong teamwork and adaptability qualities

Preferred Education and Experience

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated proficiency in hospital protocols and patient management
• Prior experience in a 24/7 clinical environment

Other Requirements

• Active Arizona medical license required prior to start
• DEA certification for prescription management
• Willingness to participate in 24-hour beeper call shifts
• Compliance with hospital credentialing and licensing standards
• Ability to travel as needed for professional responsibilities
