What You'll Bring:

• Active Medical License in Oregon
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM highly preferred; FM or IM with extensive EM experience considered)
• Current DEA registration
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PAL, ATLS, NRP highly preferred
• Willingness to work both night and day shifts
• Ability to intubate patients and handle diverse emergency cases
• Clean files preferred for early July start; flexible with schedule and shift types
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Additional certifications or training in advanced airway management
• Prior experience in inpatient emergency settings
• Ability to adapt quickly in a small-volume ER environment

Preferred Education & Experience:

• MD or DO degree from accredited programs
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience or equivalent training
• Completion of residency in Emergency Medicine within the last 3 years (ABEM certification preferred)

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work night shifts (7 pm - 7 am) as well as day shifts
• Coverage needed from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026
• Availability to work 7-8 shifts per month, with guaranteed 12 hours per shift
• No overtime expected, as providers typically pass their patients smoothly
