Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Emergency Medicine or equivalent
• Proven experience in emergency department settings
• Exceptional clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under stressful conditions
• Proficiency in current emergency medicine protocols and technology

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
• Experience in trauma or pediatric emergency care
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and ATLS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2+ years of emergency medicine practice experience preferred
• Prior experience working in a hospital emergency department

Other Requirements:

• Must hold current, active medical licensure in the state of employment
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Travel reimbursements and licensure fees covered when applicable
