Northwest Permanente (NWP) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our growing, high-impact team at our North Lancaster Medical Office.

This is more than a traditional Occupational Medicine role. Here, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover, return to work, and regain quality of life while partnering directly with employers to create safer, healthier workplaces.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $224,400 to $273,700, depending on experience
  • Total rewards value: $291,371 to $376,000
  • Up to $15,000 in relocation support
