Required Skills

• Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid AZ medical license or IMLC License of Qualification
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Proficiency with the Cerner EMR system
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with high-volume delivery services
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Extra certifications or training in maternal-fetal medicine or related specialties
• Previous experience working in hospital settings similar to Flagstaff Medical Center

Preferred Education and Experience

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of practicing OB/GYN in a hospital environment
• Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care protocols

Other Requirements

• Arizona medical license or eligible under IMLC
• Willingness to work 24-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Call responsibilities with 8-12 callback hours per shift
• Ability to start on 07/03/2026, with credentialing completed within 15-20 days
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 PM, covering diverse, high-volume deliveries
